Processing technology:

Washing machine:
Clean the machine thoroughly before and after using the Topolymer® 5313-Z series. You can use a fluidity of (0.5-2.5 MFR) (PE) or (PP).
Recycle:
The recycled nozzle will slightly change the physical properties, but it must be ensured that the recycled material is not contaminated. In order to reduce loss, the lowest possible temperature can be used during injection molding, and the final recycling effect needs to be determined by the customer.
dry:
For better processing, it is recommended to bake the material at 80℃/1~2 hours before processing.
Forming processing:
Topolymer® 5313-Z has excellent fluidity. If the residence time in the screw is too long, the physical properties will change. Generally speaking, if the machine is stopped for more than 20 minutes, the screw should be completely emptied.
