Product Description:
Topolymer® 3211 series is a kind of TPE with easy processing and design. It uses Kraton and Kurary's SEBS/SEPS and Dow's Engage/Infuse as the base material. It is suitable for extrusion processing and is used in earphone cables, power cables, audio cables, etc.
Performance characteristics:
Light weight, good hand feeling, easy to process.
Clean machine:
Before using Topolymer® 3211, clean the processing machine with PP or PE. Topolymer® 3211 cannot be compatible with PVC. If you want to share a processing machine with PVC, you need to clean the machine thoroughly.
Recycle:
Topolymer® 3211 can be 100% recycled, but it must be ensured that the recycled material is not contaminated. The physical properties of the recycled material will be slightly changed. In order to reduce loss, the lowest possible temperature can be used during injection molding, and the final recycling effect of the nozzle is determined by the customer.
Coloring & use:
Based on the consideration of the material characteristics of Topolymer® 3211, customers are not advised to use Topolymer® 3211 in blending with other raw materials.
store:
Topolymer®3211 is packaged in 25kg paper bags. The raw materials and finished products should be stored under normal temperature and ventilated environment without PVC. For more detailed information about Topolymer®, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.
Molding conditions:
Topolymer® 3211 can be processed with traditional extrusion equipment. The processing temperature is between 140°C and 200°C and cannot exceed 220°C. The unpacked raw materials must be dried at 80°C/3 hours before use.
