Excellent UV resistance, ozone resistance, good bending resistance, excellent temperature resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance, suitable for outdoor use.
Coloring:
The toner with PP or EVA as the carrier can be used to color Topolymer® 4000, but the toner with PVC substrate cannot be used. Top Polymer can also provide a higher concentration of color matching, but the final toner ratio needs to be determined by the customer.
Washing machine:
Clean the machine thoroughly before and after using Topolymer® 4000,
Recycle:
The recycled nozzle will slightly change the physical properties, but it must be ensured that the recycled material is not contaminated. In order to reduce loss, the lowest possible temperature can be used during injection molding, and the final recycling effect needs to be determined by the customer.
Processing:
Topolymer® 4000 has excellent processing fluidity. 170℃-250℃ is its safe processing temperature.
